What's included in the ticket price for the 3-day event?
Access to all guided sessions and activities from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon are included.
Healthy food made on site @ the Riverside is included for the following meals:
Friday: Dinner
Saturday: Lunch and Dinner
Sunday: Lunch
What is not included in the pricing for the event?
Airfare and travel to and from the event venue are not included
Breakfast is not included
Hotel/lodging accommodations are not included
Sunday evening, there will be optional additional group hang time. Dinner and/or any activities after the closing session Sunday afternoon are at your own expense.
What should I pack?
We will send out packing suggestions, travel and lodging recommendations, parking and other need-to-know logistics, and any other recommendations or preparation steps leading up to the event.
What airport do I fly into for this event?
The nearest airport to Boulder, CO is Denver (DIA). Boulder is an hour drive from the airport.
We will have a group space for people to connect online if you'd like to make shared travel or lodging plans.
Do you have lodging recommendations?
We are working with some local hotels to see about getting group rates. We will also create a group space so attendees can collab for a shared airbnb/vrbo type space. More information and recommendations will be provided via email leading up to the event.
Can you accommodate special food requirements?
Please text 623-252-0155 with your specific food requirements and we will work with the venue and see what accommodations can be made.
What is embodiment work?
Embodiment work includes intentional practices for feeling into the body and being present to physical sensations to help release stored emotions and trauma held in the body, creating awareness of the body, and getting out of the head/thinking mind.
Is there any plant medicine involved?
No. This is a completely sober event. No plant medicine, alcohol, or other recreational substances will be used during the event.
